Solid, comfortable hotel for one or a couple of nights. Good service Not fancy, the basics, with some nice touches. This was my 3rd stay when flying out of ORD. If you're looking for a decent hotel for a price that wont shock you, this is the hotel to choose.

Our stay had severe problems. There was no soap in our bathroom when we arrived at 11:30 at night just shampoo and conditioner. Then we discovered before going to bed. The spot was entirely empty. In the morning when we went to take a shower the water didn’t work in the shower. It was a terrible state!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 6:30pm, so we waited until someone came out from the back. When we arrived at our room, it was very dated. The toilet wasn't completely fastened to the floor, and the room had no shampoo or body wash containers in the wall mounts, only conditioner. We called the front desk and they said they'd send some right up. A gentleman arrived at our door shortly after with 2 small bars of soap and said they were out of shampoo. How does an entire hotel run out of shampoo? We were only there for one night to fly out the next day. It's location near O'Hare, and it's long term parking option worked well for us.
