Overall stay was good, staff was friendly -- only thing i might add is if you don't ask front desk to have your room cleaned we found out they won't clean or turn over your bed, give you extra towels. That seemed a bit odd since we were staying 2 nights.. Other than that, service was good, breakfast offered was good.

The shower stall floor was so slippery! My spouse took a bad fall while showering & hurt his back. He couldn't stand up & walk. He had to get an ambulance to the hospital. This happened an hour before we were to be at the airport to check in for our flight to Italy for a family trip! The hotel still charged us and didn't really offer much help.

Very nice Hotel! Eco-friendly budget friendly yet super clean and the hospitality was superb! The night manager Saturday from 7 to 11 was the most excellent service and hostess I have ever had the experience of dealing with!! She made our stay so fun even though the hotel was completely packed and was a lot of commotion going on. Thank you for the excellent service.
