OK Beds Comfortable
The man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Nothing hot, prepackaged muffins, Nutrigrain bars and instant oatmeal and only paper cups, no bowls. Only coffee, no juice or tea. No paper plates or napkins. The room itself was ok. Beds very comfortable.

Worst place to stay!
When i first arrived i drove 7 hrs from canada, i could not pay cash because i stayed 5 days instead of 7 without my knowledge. I had brought cash with me because i do not have an american credit card or bank account. They debited my canadian bank account and drained it because it came out of american money. When i was clearly upset i was told by the receptionist she did not like my attitude and was going to refund my money and i could go elsewhere. When the receptionist called her manager she lied and said i freaked out on her because the elevator was broken and i had to use the stairs which is completely false! I was upset because they took the money out of my canadian bank account. I drove a long way and was tired so i stayed! They do not come in your room at anytime to refresh anything but expect a tip for cleaning the room when you check out and prepeare it for another guest. I had to empty my own garbage and down the hall is where i had to bring it and the smell made me sick when i would walk by. I had to ask for the dishes etc because i had a kitchen in my room but i had just asked for a percolator machine and couldnt even get that. I would never recommend this place, not very friendly either.

NOT ALL IT WAS CRACKED UP TO BE
The gentleman at the front desk was great, but the property needed some tlc. there was a family in the room just above us and the child did nothing but run and jump and God knows what else it was LOUD! the elevator didn't work the last day and we had to carry our luggage downstairs which was no big deal...people were cooking in their rooms and it smelled awful...but the beds were comfortable for the little sleep we got!

Better places
My room was very noisy. It was the refrigerator that was making such noise all night long.

Not sure I would return
It's a perfectly fine longer term stay hotel. I am just too old for this. Nothing in the rooms is stocked anymore - you even have to ask for a coffeemaker which is now standard equipment in every hotel room. It's part of the cleaned and sanitized kitchen equiment you can request, but then everything is also packed in plastic, which I am not a fan of. Our room also wasn't super clean (clean enough but for example there was a used napkin in one of the drawers and crumbs in others). There aren't any dining option or grocery stores in walking distance - so do your shopping beforehand if you won't have your own transportation. The "breakfast" was also more than disappointing. While at least the tea water was hot, the only options were grain bars and chocolate muffins. Not even a banana as a fresh fruit option. And it seemed once the "buffet" was set up, nobody maintained it - things were empty, trash wasn't clean. One of the mornings there was oatmeal and spilled tea on the floor and it stayed there until breakfast hours were over. The front desk also wasn't always available - I would have expected a bell or at least a phone number when they weren't there. Some of the staff was also super inexperienced and didn't know what to do without supervisor approval, which also wasn't always available. I don't know if that's wat made them surly or if they already were, but a smile and eye contact would really help even when things go wrong.

Has Room for Improvement. (Pun Always Intended)
If you’re just looking for a place to rest then this is perfect and affordable. My biggest issue is that some things either looked or were dirty and I’m a bit of a germaphobe. I always felt a little on edge because of it. I think it has a lot of potential should they revamp some of the rooms and furniture.

Don't count on breakfast much
Overall it was ok, just they advertised as they have a continental breakfast, but there were just coffee, packets of oatmeal and couple of muffins. Which ran out fast.

Good for the price - maybe oversells itself.
This was the cheapest option in the area for the weekend. And for that price, and for one night it was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and had a great layout. The bathroom was clean and functional. The heat worked. It was relatively quiet at night. Everything you want for a short trip. On the other hand, the breakfast they advertise is some granola bars and muffins. I tried to get some coffee when I went down to breakfast at 7:00 am and there was no coffee in the dispenser. They probably don't have any right to advertise a breakfast. If we had wanted to use the kitchenette we would have been sorely disappointed as there were no dishes and the stove didn't work. Though the full sized fridge and microwave were functioning. But we didn't want to cook! And were planning to go out to breakfast anyway! So, the room was still excellent for the money for one night.

Will not stay again.
Get a room with a kitchen, but no plates or anything to cook with. You have to go up to the front counter to get all that. They share them all between the rooms. Our toilet clogged and they couldnt find a plunger anywhere on the property. The whole place smells like a weed farm.

The reason i chose extended stay in Peabody was price and the fact breakfast was included. So for the third day in a row, there wasn't any breakfast available. The attendant said, " we got wiped out over the holidays"....( 8 days ago)? So, per the advertisement of granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, hot chocolate, All that was available was coffee and tea.

Night lite didn't work so I couldn't read in bed and there wasn't any breakfast available. Clerk said she ran out during the holidays. I was planning on at least having breakfast which is why i booked the room for 3 consecutive days.
