It was a family weekend gate away, we booked 4 rooms. One of them smells really bad ( cigarettes even though it was non smoking) when we walked in. The staff was very helpful!! Over to change the room, and She even opened another rooms and have us check make sure we’re happy. She did agree that the room did smell. Thank you for taking the time to care for your guests! My daughter was impressed!

Swiss Belhotel is a well-known Hotel Group, we were staying for 2 nights. The Room is comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. Breakfast is delicious and tasty. Besides providing American breakfast there are also many traditional foods. Overall it was nice to stay in this hotel.

Kecewa karena kamar berbau kurang enak seperti bekas pakai orang yg berkeringat, sarung bantal juga seperti bekas pakai karena bau, air shower sangat lemah tekanan air nya, kejernihan air kolam kurang sehingga jarak pandang pendek, rasa makanan saat breakfast biasa saja, saat check in WAJIB memberikan uang jaminan untuk kunci kartu, minta tambah air minum meskipun hanya 1 botol WAJIB BAYAR.
