The breakfast was good but it was the same thing for 4 days which was eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage Patty, wish they would change up the patty to sausage links and add some fried potatoes. Other than that it was pretty decent.

The fact that this place is American owned and American ran makes it a 10/10!! The breakfast is on par with most other hotels. The hot water is actually hot. The only negative I have about the place is the elevator…. It is slow.

Overall the stay was okay. The smell of marijuana was Wreaking from our adjoining room. I reported it to the main office but they did nothing. It was so strong. If you do stay here make sure you bring your own pillow. Overall the room was clean and the pool area was nice. I would not stay here again if I has a choice

Came with my parents and toddler daughter for a short weekend stay and this place was perfect. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub were great to help unwind after a day surrounded by all the best attractions. Breakfast was the icing on the cake! Was very pleased and hope to stay here again next time!

The room was great, very clean. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Pool area an hot tub were great. Only complaint was the breakfast. Everything was okay except the gravy was more like water.

Excellent hotel for the budget traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, the ladies running the breakfast bar were top notch. It’s a basic, budget, no frills hotel, but everything was immaculate and my kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It didn’t even smell over-chlorinated. The only negatives I could say were the mattresses were coil spring and the bathroom was small with little counter space. But my family of four made it work and we got to enjoy a few days in Pigeon Forge we couldn’t have if we’d stayed somewhere more expensive.

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING. WE WERE ON OUR YEARLY FAMILY VACATION AND CHOSE TO STAY HERE. THE CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH AND EASY AND THE ATTENDANTS WERE SUPER NICE. ANYONE WE CAME INTO CONTACT WAS SUPER NICE. GREAT PLACE TO STAY. BUT WHEN I MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS I WANTED A BALCONY, WHICH I DID GET BUT DIDN'T KNOW YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO SMOKE ON THE BALCONY IN THE FRESH AIR. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT POINT REALLY. SO ADVANCED NOTICE IF YOU ARE A SMOKER YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR ROOM AND GO TO THE PARKING LOT OR THE GAZEBO TO SMOKE.
