Didn’t know how to work the refrigerator. It short on toilet paper every day. (probably forgot our room) maybe vacuum once during our five day stay. The phone level was so low. You couldn’t hear front desk. That’s good buddy when you pull up to your motel room and the parking lot is full of police. The breakfast is outstanding. The lone breakfast hostess lady would slam things down and looked irritated all the time. Kind of made you want to hurry up for breakfast just to get out of the bad attitude area. Such a shame on the food was so good. It looks like the hotel has been gone through restoration which added to the looks of the room. But I don’t understand and it’s not just your hotel but seems to me whomever does the caulking does such a crappy job that it takes away from whatever nice work That was installed. I think we’re gonna stick with Marriott and the Holiday Inn express.

Enjoyable stay.

Our stay, from check-in to checkout, was problem free. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked as it should. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The location worked well for exploring Pigeon Forge and/or driving to the Smokies. It was a great value for the price.

Sight seeing pigeon forge

Just visiting pigeon forge and sight seeing, hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to all sorts of attractions and restaurants from breakfast style to dinner and shows, hotel does offer breakfast how ever. There is also a pool, hot tub, and splash pad for lil ones to play in. We were very pleased with our stay. Would def come back and stay again.
