Clean quality towels, very good hot brakfast, featuring, bacon, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yougurt with fresh berries, good coffee. Great golf course withing walking distance.

The hotel is run down. Only one elevator and one service elevator works. The service elevator area is disgusting and needs major repairs and updating. The prices at the restaurant and bar are astronomical, even for Long Island. The location is good.
