Just average maybe better hotels around
The stay was just okay, the carpets are very old and stinky, they offer only one time cleaning opposite to what was said at the time of check in. They refused the second time I asked for housekeeping especially because the first time everything was not cleaned properly. The stay was just okay only because the rooms are very huge like an apartment and a full kitchen is provided.

Booked a room that clearly stated “in room” washer and dryer. Was put in a room that didn’t have it. I’ve stayed at this property over a dozen of times and never had this issue.We just got off a cruise and needed to wash some clothes and now had to wait to use a shared laundry room. Was pretty much told that’s what we booked. Sorry wouldn’t have booked if that was the case. Also will never stay at this property again because of this. Listed in picture are things listed in unit.

Wonderful!
Nice area close to everything. Our room was so spacious. It was a two bedroom 2 bath and would be perfect for a family. It was just my husband and I and I thought I booked a one bedroom because we didn’t need the extra space but it was still above our expectations! We didn’t really use the resort amenities but everything looked really nice! Definitely recommend
