Great Spot for Families!
Great place for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was so much for the kids to do. We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Only downfall for us is they didn’t give us enough towels for our room as they kept giving us 3 towels for our family of 5 and we had to ask for more. The lazy river was also dirty as there was algae at the bottom and the skimmers were full of wood chips. Otherwise, we would stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious with its very high ceilings and great bathroom. We opted for a room that had a separate area for the kids and it was great! They had their own space but we were all still together. We also really loved that there was very little carpet in the room. Just seemed cleaner and easier on our traveling allergies. As a family we loved the arcade and entertainment on site so we could have fun together without leaving the property. We are already thinking about the next time we stay here.

This was a great little resort style hotel! It was family and pet friendly. All of the staff were very friendly, it was clean and convenient to town. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

Great stay!
Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool and arcade. The resort was clean, and our room was the perfect size for two adults and two teenagers. The beds were comfy. Just wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. We were disappointed the duck bowling was only open from 2pm-8pm each day. Not sure why we had to pay for parking. Also, not sure why the $50 hold per day on my credit card. We already paid a daily resort fee. Drinks and food were overpriced. If I were to stay here again, I wouldn’t eat at Fins again.

We are a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time in pigeon forge and at the lodge. The staff was unbelievably helpful and extremely friendly! The rooms were perfect and they accommodated us well with giving us rooms next to each other. It was a fun atmosphere, very clean, and relaxing!! We used the pickleball courts which were in pristine condition and the lights stayed on much longer than expected which was a blessing! The video credits allowed our sons to enjoy the arcade, huge foosball table, and pool table. They were in great condition and had an inviting atmosphere! Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences for our large family and we all said we’d love to go back! Hotel was close to all the amenities and in a perfect location to food, shopping, and Dollywood! Well done staff! You made us feel so very welcomed! Even one of the cleaning crew ladies sang while she worked! She put a smile on our face!
