Terrible, unprofessional

Check in process was amazing both front desk people were professional , friendly, helpful. They were offering dinner suggestions and making reservations for another couple when we checked in. They allowed us to store our bags when we arrived before our room was ready. The next morning was a complete disaster. The guy at the front desk clearly was not usually there nor knew how to operate the computer. People waited so long to check out they asked the only other employee there which was a doorman. He had post it notes all over the desk because he didn’t know how to address any concerns and when I asked for a late check out he said they would let me know. When I check in an hour later to ask they call me as I was leaving he rudely in a huff replied that they didn’t have any ability for a late check out but he hadn’t spoken to any other employee or used the computer to actually check. I will NEVER return to this hotel it was so unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Only looked at hotels with pools and upon checking in told pool closed until 2 or 3ish. That was ok but then at 4ish told pool and outdoor decks would remain closed. Shame shame shame. Could have picked cheaper options without pools had we known

Awesome service

Do to United changing our flight, we got to hotel extremely early. The front desk attendant was very helpful & got us checked in early. She even helped us with restaurant options for lunch. We would definitely stay there again.
