Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort property located within 44 min from the PUJ airport. The elegance club section includes lots of additional benefits on top of several lounges stocked with good cider. Desserts and snacks. A butler service is also provided to club members as a resource for booking restaurants, activities and attending to all members needs and wants. Beautiful beach boasts with numerous palapa and cabanas as well as lounge chairs. Several restaurants have a’La cart menus in addition to a huge buffet with many delicious items

The property is nice however the entire resort is smoking friendly which is very uncomfortable. Everywhere you go people are smoking even in the areas that are family friendly. I dont think I would come back due to this. I been to other resorts and they have smoking areas but here people dont care if their are children in the area they will smoke anywhere.

I loved everything at majestic Elegance, the staff are very nice, the food is great and the rooms were clean. Our butler Henry was very helpful very nice, always checking in very morning wanting to know if we need help. Our previous dinner reservation was not found but He did get as in at last minutes. Henry made our stay enjoyable.

Great place to have a vocation. I been visiting majestic Mirage twice but realize that Elegance always have a more fun and this time we give a shoot with my friends to Elegance. Absolutely different experiences, Mirage is much more quiet and rooms of course is different, nicer and bigger, well if you looking for this type of vocation so welcome to Mirage you will be happy but if you need action all the way from 10 to 01.00AM and there is a team for you who never get tired - Ji-Ji, Scobe-Doo, Big Mama Catarina, Blueberry, Cardi B and others. Always actions starting from the beach in the morning and this people never stops entertains whole place until deep night. Food is great and I been in at list 3 other 5 star all inclusive resorts and here is only place you can have not just, but huge amount of seafood in buffet and in restaurants. All staff speaks English, very polite and nice. Butler Santiago was perfect organizer & planner, no need to wait or remind, just ask and it will be done in perfect quick way. Game changer was Deivy, I meet him by surprise in the lobby, he was my butler in Mirage previously and likely was transferred to Elegance, and from this moment our status changed to - “Familia” with all the good staff coming with it. I highly recommend Majestic Elegance for all type of party in any ages, the time you spend will be definitely memorable and you will keep coming back to get status of “Familia” and when you do don’t forget to share with others, let make this Maj
