The area was located in a nice area; close to everything; Staff didn't email me the codes to the building prior to arrival; instructions weren't given, so I had to call them at the day of arrival to get the codes, the place was cleaned except for the sheets and towels; the sheets smelled of cigarettes and had stains; towels weren't thick, you can tell pillows bedding and towels arent replaced after months of usage; place was safe and quiet,safe wasnt working theres a grocery store 5 minute walank and coffee and bakery nearby. THERE'S NO AC !

In the heart of the trendy Marais and always bustling but the hotel room is very quiet and self-enclosedc apartment that you'll never know that you're in the busiest neighborhood in Europe. Make sure you let the WS company know your personal email address so they can send you all the important details about checking in otherwise you will run around like a headless check trying to figure out how to enter the property because nobody in the neighborhood even knows that it's a hotel establishment. They send all the details to Expedia/Hotels.ca and it's very annoying especially if you're booking last minute. The best rate per night in the Marais and not run down but extremely modern hotel rooms.

Check in instructions were not sent as their web form was down. Had to contact and wait for 45 minutes before instructions to check in and access the property were provided. No air conditioning and the main ceiling fan was broken, staff were unwilling to help. Ended up having to get a different hotel even though we had paid for this one as it was too hot inside the unit.

Chegando ao prédio, são necessárias 3 senhas previamente fornecidas pela WS, sem recepção. É uma forma de segurança, mas, para quem chega cansado e com malas, fica complicado. Tem elevador e o pessoal da limpeza aparece todos os dias. Houve troca de toalhas, porque pedi a um deles, pois nenhuma das mensagens por mim enviadas através do Hotéleis.com, nenhuma! Eu recebi, respondi e não mais obtive retorno. Recebi outra sobre o pagamento residual, respondi, sem devolução, ou seja: eles mandam mensagem, mas não respondem! Voltaria pela localização, pelo bairro e facilidade de locomoção para meios de transporte, mas precisa de ajuste e melhor contato com o hóspede.

J'ai été delogée de cet apparement.Il a fallu que je me retrouve devant la porte et sans code, que je les appelle pour que l'on m'informe qu'on me délogeait à 2km. J'ai eu un autre appartement rue Etienne Marcel, au 3e étage sans ascenceur, avec des marches partout dans l'appartement, code wifi faux, propreté discutable. Bref a éviter.

Seules les literies des lits individuels laissent à désirer quand à leur confort mais surtout quand au bruit de ferraille désagréable qu'ils émettent lorsque l'on bouge. Dommage...
