Room was neat, tidy, & very clean. Loved that there was washer/dryer in facility made it so handy & helpful. Host was very communicative since there was a hiccup with our parking stall. Location of place is so amazing your near everything made it so convenient for us since we had to commute to Phoenix Convention Center every day. Staff at location also very helpful & friendly. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone & everyone and will most likely book here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! More spacious and quiet than a hotel. Easy walking distance to everything, arenas, convention center and plenty of restaurants. Easy drive to hiking or Suburbs! One pool was closed but easy walk to the second pool and bigger hot tub. I gave 4 stars because of the broken pool, comfort of the beds and little things like a couple holes in the couch and you had to take the lid off one of the toilets to flush it! We would definitely stay again with our family if 4!

The property was clean but a bit worn down. Carpets and couch are throughly used, but we just put a sheet over the couch and wore sandals inside. Couch was not comfortable as we could feel the frame under the cushions. Beds were comfy and clean with white sheets. It is extremely loud outside at night due to the close proximity to bars and restaurants that come alive at night. Motorcycles and car alarms are often going off. Once we closed our windows it wasn’t too bad and we were able to sleep. The parking spot to this unit was close and easily accessible by elevator. Grocery store under the apartment has literally everything you may have forgotten or may need.

The pool was nice. Three cardio machines are available. Two outside gas grills as well. Remote check in process was cumbersome and notification of process could have been provided earlier and clearer (i.e. a short demo video would have been helpful).

Unit was overall dirty. Appliances and furniture were broken (freezer handle fell right off), linens stained, pillows were grossly stained. Blinds had missing slats and were all chewed on. Ceilings had obvious water damage with bubbling on ceilings. Vents were rusted and dirty. Overall the stay was unacceptable and unit should had not been rented out at all as conditions were very poor. Checked out first thing in the morning. Received a refund for unused nights, however, due to condition of the unit, a full refund should had been offered (we asked for a full refund, but we got denied from manager/owner of the unit). I would not recommend staying here.

Roosevelt was on point.

We were actually pretty impressed with the stay. The place was well secured. The check in process was detailed but we did have a little trouble locating the room. But a quick call to customer service helped us locate our room. They even followed up to see how we were doing. I would recommend this place and plan to stay here in the future.

Excellent value for PHX conference center attendee

Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

The positives are that the price was good for the location, and the apartment is spacious and fully appointed. The negative is that the procedure for registering, checking in, etc. is exceedingly complicated, including sending photos of your ID in advance, watching videos to learn how to use the lockboxes, etc. I probably have 40 emails from the company. So it's a pretty high effort, for a reasonably good deal.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved that there was in-room washer/dryer. Common areas were dirty from other residents or guests. It’s in the middle of a college town so weekend evening noise is a thing, but didn’t bother me because I’m a deep sleeper. Plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink. Very walkable to the heart of downtown. Just stay on the main streets.
