Perfect little one bedroom house with all the amenities one would need! Area is nice and quite, house was really clean, and pricing was good! The only thing is the floors are loud. Outside of that, its perfect!

My stay was a relaxing week in a quiet neighborhood, very cozy home, had everything I needed, was also located conveniently near freeway and mostly everything, restaurants, shops, etc. The only issue was the check in process which was not the hosts fault, hotels app would not send either of our messages to each other so by the time come check in I did not know what to do, had to call hotels to which they saw host and I sending messages to each other but neither of us received anything. Other than that issue which was fixed, the place was amazing. Thank you for the stay!

When I arrived, the code I was provided to check-in wasn’t working. The Hoste team was quick to resolve the issue. Once entering the home to do a routine inspection, I noticed furniture hadn’t been cleaned. I informed the management team again and sent pictures. When getting ready for bed later, I noticed the bed sheets had human hair and pet fur on them, as well as the pillowcases and the extra bed mattress provided-including some stains. After driving 18 hours to spend and anniversary week here, it was beyond upsetting that I wasn’t able to restfully or comfortably sleep for the night because the team wasn’t available overnight. I received a follow up text in the morning stating they’d continue to follow up with me regarding the fact that the home was actually left unclean before my arrival, but didn’t get a solution until day 3. Nearly all of the kitchen items provided to use were dirty or expired and I provided pictures of that too. Unable to use. The washer/dryer are outside of the home, so you must leave the house and go around the side to access it each time (it rained during my whole stay), and the latch was locked the first day so I wasn’t even able to help myself by washing the dirty sheets myself. Just a whole mess of disappointment. The only good thing about this listing is the convenience of the location in regards to downtown and plenty of food options nearby. Most things are either walking distance or within a 10 min drive from downtown. 3/10 stars. I’m so sad.
