Our stay was satisfactory overall, but the condo itself was quite average. It lacked some basic essentials such as large bowls to mix for salad or pancakes, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and extra towels, which would have made the stay more comfortable. The hallway carpet is very dirty with stains. Also the elevator was not working at one point and no clear exit or posted directions to the stairs was given. With a few small improvements in amenities, it could be a much better experience

Check in instructions a bit confusing but I managed. Room was nice. Beds comfortable. Balcony had a bees nest/hive so we didn't get to enjoy the view. Would stay again though.

Good choice for a good price
The apartment met expectations. It’s a comfortable place that’s well equipped and has a stylish contemporary design. I chose it for its full kitchen and location close to downtown and both were pleasing. Cold air conditioning was great with outside temperatures in the 90s. It’s a seventh floor unit so has a nice view from every room through large windows allowing for light and bright spaces. Street noise was somewhat present, mostly noticeable in the mornings , but not disruptive for me. I did not get a chance to use the amenities such as pool and gym, but they looked nice. I would stay here again if back in Dallas.

There is a jail about 1mile up the road. Didn’t even notice but good info to know.
The outside balcony was not usable due to active bee nest. Property management did offer to move complex but was not good for our needs. Did not offer any money off stay for being inconvenience and lack of usable space which is the reason for the low stars.
The lobby was nice and pool was cool. Parking horrible. No remote to use garage.

Check-in was rocky. Called company for guidance and was given false information. Carrying luggage was a very long walk from vehicle to apt due to being told we had to unload from lobby. Then got locked out of room and had to call back to have locks reset. Garage parking was nice but the daily registration is ridiculous. Missed registration by 30 min due to a nap and vehicle was towed away. Which then had to be retrieved in the middle of the night from a very sketchy area and was very costly. Tow also destroyed a tire that then had to be replaced. $600 nap made us rethink staying again. Trash valet made horrible messes that they didn't clean up and the lobby was being remodeled/cleaned shutting down front elevator. Pool was beautiful but freezing due to sun never hitting it. The apartment itself was wonderful and comfortable. Beds were outstanding. Towels were still wet at check-in

The worst experience I have had with a rental property ever!! Started out terrible when while at the front door of the property,KAISER said I didn’t get a code for entry of the unit was because I didn’t call an let them know I uploaded my documents?. Parking was extremely frustrating, difficult and confusing. I reached out several times to get clarity. I was told by ARIAL M. I would be compensated for the first night because of the complications. Two of the 3 elevators were not working. Transients were in the trash in the back entrance of parking. Upon leaving,my rental vehicle was towed allegedly at 8:36 am according to the tow receipt which was not true because I went to the vehicle at approximately 8:25 to head to the airport and called the property to report the vehicle missing at 8:34am causing my daughter and I to miss our flight home. Check out is listed as 11:00 and someone tried to enter the unit at 10:40. I had to pay $340 to get another flight home, missed an important Doctor appointment and had to make arrangements for someone to pick up my son. All because this property illegally towed my rental vehicle. Telling the entire truth, I will admit the property did immediately reimburse for the tow. However that was all that was done to compensate this rental property trip nightmare. I have asked that this property be removed so that no one else would ever experience what my daughter and I went through. Probably will not happen so please,please, please be advised!!

-SAFETY CONCERNS: This property is located in a very sketchy neighborhood. I advise contacting Dallas Police Dept for a full list of reported crimes non-violent and violent for this area.
-LIMITED ACCESSIBILY: There are very limited ways to access the building due to locks that are visible.
-INEFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION The communication was extremely inconsistent after securing the reservation. There were no specific instructions on which elevators to use. Which is poses an inconvenience as many of the ways to enter the building are locked.
-An example of the poor written communication is when the property sent parking instructions- they did not include the link in the email. This posed an inconvenience and vulnerability for the guest. As a courtesy it would have been great to have the link each email. Expecting the guest to dig through the various emails is not welcoming.
-SLOW RESPONSE TIMES: The elevator was out of order the morning I checked out. The office was not yet open. I walked half of the building to find an entrance. Again many of the entrances are secured with huge locks due to the activity in the area.
-I have called and emailed the property since my stay. They continued to ask for times to speak with me and it took them 9 days to do so.

I rented 2- 2 bedrooms Pros: Location, unit was beautiful outside the issues. Amenities
Cons: Parking because you have to register every single day or you will get towed. They should provide a parking pass for the actual unit. One of the rooms had bugs, sprinkler in bathroom was dripping water, one of the bathroom light were extremely dim going out. The elevator on the second floor does not work which I asked prior and was told yes (Elevator to take you to amenities). Car got towed because of parking and cost almost $200 for them holding it less than 3 hours. As a guest who’s on vacay you shouldn’t have to worry about your car. The nozzles on the bottles for soap in the units don't work. No cleaning supplies for guest staying longer than 3-4 days. The sofa is not a pullout and can fit a child comfortably not an adult. Only 1 TV in the 2 bedroom unit that houses up to 5 people.

I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area.

Had a really great stay! The check in process was very easy and all messages from the host made everything a breeze. The unit was very clean and quite spacious. Very easy to get to a number of nearby bars/restaurants/attractions. Would highly reccommend.

Do not stay here.
Couldn’t find parking tag or fob, no note on where it would be, no instruction on how to get to the suite (two buildings) it’s a maze, got locked out of quite for no apparent reason other than the code wasn’t working, called for assistance and they remotely unlocked. 0/10.
Elevator broke on us, called emergency twice. They never got signs on them until my second complaint.
