Great property! Very easy check in and out, clean and comfortable spaces, and equidistant from two great neighborhoods and Underground stops (Earls Court & Kensington). There was a small issue during our stay and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 3 nights the room was lovely but I didn’t sleep properly all for 3 nights as the walls are very think you can hear people walking around every little sound you could here. Also the neighbours were playing music all night I had no sleep at all during my stay.

Confusing check-in instructions, multiple pin codes to get in to the building and the room started things off badly. But it got worse when I finally entered the room to find it was over 35 degrees, no air con and no fan in the room. The bed is raised 7ft off the floor making it even more unbearable. Tried calling multiple times about a fan, and was repeatedly told that the operations team had "run out of fans" and that they would have to try and buy some. Asked for multiple calls backs, none received despite me calling 3 or 4 times. Fan was eventually dropped off on day 2, but too big to take up near the bed. This made sleep impossible for the two night stay. Overall, if booking during summer months I would actively avoid. Communication is poor and there are other hotels out there that would be far more comfortable.

Please note that you actively have to check in with the host via e-mail more that 24 hours in advance of arrival. This is not very clear on the website and we unfortunately did not see this. When we arrived we could not reach them and therefore couldn’t get in to the apartment and ended up having to find other accommodation at 10pm and paying double as no refund is provided. I think this is a horrible manner - they and Hotels.com should be more clear and be the ones to actively send the information to the person who booked it. Horrible service and I believe they calculate on people making this mistake. I would look to the Ember Lodge/cove apartments just around the corner instead of this place. It was great and they were our saviors that night and provided wonderful service!

The code didn’t work upon arrival so I had to sit outside in the rain for almost an hour before management responded to my messages. Once inside, I discovered four flies buzzing in the tiny flat. I killed two but became worried about cleanliness. The television wouldn’t connect to the wifi so it couldn’t be used. During all of this I reached out to property management and they never responded. I called Expedia and they couldn’t get a hold of management either. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. They sent a “sincere apology” email but refused to refund my payment.

Check-in was easy, the apartment was smaller than I expected, but it was hard to tell from the photos to be fair. The location of the bed (raised above the sofa and accessed by a very narrow and oddly shaped staircase) was less convenient than I might have imagined. I’m very agile, but I felt I had to be very careful when getting out of bed (esp. in the middle of the night to go to the loo). The apartment was well equipped with storage space, a table, a fan (much appreciated as opening windows was not really possible & it was very hot and stuffy when I arrived). Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to use the fan while sleeping except to create white noise … no room for the fan on bed level. The kitchen area was very well equipped and although I didn’t use the common kitchen, with full stove, I found this a good addition. I used the washing machine and drying rack in the room. All a plus. Excellent location for doing what I wanted to in London. Unfortunately, I have 2 major complaints: 1. This was listed as a patio apartment which meant to me (and was suggested by accompanying photos) that there was outdoor space; this was not the case. 2. My room was on the ground floor by the front door. The room was very badly insulated from noise in the corridor and the other rooms. Every time someone closed the front door I felt it was slamming in my apartment. I slept VERY poorly as a result, and also due to noise from neighbors who seemed to be up and about all night long.

Upon arrival, there was a bit of stress as the door was sticky and we were under the impression that the door would not unlock after entering the code. The flat itself was well equipped, although the shower didn't have any shower gel or shampoo, which I had to go and ask a staff member for. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of utensils, a microwave, an electric hob (hidden in one of the cupboards). It could definitely benefit from having a drying rack for the dishes as the lack of it made cleaning up a little more difficult. The property also doesn't come with air conditioning, instead there was a big fan. This made the room a bit cooler, but I imagine during the hotter days it wouldn't be much help. The moment the fan was turned on, the floor started having clumps of dust appear, indicating the floor may not have been vacuumed completely. Aside from these factors, the bed was very comfortable, there is more than enough storage if anyone needed to put their belongings away, and the shower was lovely! The location is also very convenient for those who want to go out for food, visit museums or go shopping. 2 underground stations are within a 10 minute walk. Overall it was a positive experience. The only surprise was that I was asked for an additional £100 deposit when checking into the property which was not mentioned beforehand in the process. Currently awaiting a return of the deposit (checked out 5 days ago)

The location is the main draw but the apartment itself lacks on many fronts. I booked the basement studio with a patio. You'll struggle to haul luggage down the narrow stairwell to the lower ground. Studios are small and closely packed together so you can hear every door slam, every footstep and voices - this was frustrating when a neighbouring guest chose to blare loud music till 4AM. The upside is the studio kitchenette is very well-equipped with appliances too - facilities best accommodate light use rather than full blown meal prep. However, I was disappointed to find the bed sheets dirty upon arrival, they smelt used. I should hope linen is replaced after each guest? Lastly, appreciate that fans are provided but they don't compare to air conditioning units.

Good area and actually a pretty decent apartment, reasonable size for central London. However the cleanliness was not up to scratch, multiple hairs in the shower and on the bedroom floor when I arrived. Mould in the little office space and dusty on most appliances, lights etc.

A great place to stay

Lovely place to stay for a few days, very convenient and lovely apartment. Our only issues were the main communal door should have a soft close hinge as others guests just let it bang to at all hours. Also the flats above should have sound proof flooring as we could hear footsteps, suitcases being unzipped and showers running. Kitchen facilities were perfect to make breakfast and light meals.

I had a lovely stay here, it’s a great location and there was so much storage in the apartment so it was perfect. Close to Kensington, Knightbrighe (Harrods), Gloucester Road! A huge supermarket less than 5 minutes away!
