Cozy spot that provides everything you need for a basic stay. Slightly damp smell upon entering, and the red light in the hallway outside the bedroom window takes some getting used to, but it’s perfect for a budget traveler.

Our overall experience at this location was very good. The room had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to laundry appliances and it’s close by multiple food outlets/ restaurants. This made our stay in Wynwood very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you plan to visit Wynwood.

I had the most amazing experience. I wish I would have extended my time I was in town for a runway show and this place was so conveniently located and comfortable. The placed looked just as it was pictured, the view from the rooftop pool was beautiful. I love that fact that it was close to all the restaurant and bars in the area, I will definitely be back maybe even for a staycation.

Great place to stay as it’s right in the middle of Wynwood and you can walk for coffee, restaurants etc but if you have a car it’s inconvenient. Have to fight to find street parking or park in a garbage that’s pretty price per night. But if car is not an issue, it’s a good value for your money.

We there for one night. It met our needs. Check in process was easy, we received an email 24 hours in advance. The apartment was clean. Area was safe and walkable. There’s a kitchen with plates and pans for extended stays.

Location is in center of Wynwood. Be mindful that this is a more partying area in town but the apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind parking is $40 PER night at the lot nearby. We did find parking everyday on street but this was during the week. By Friday night, parking was limited on street. The apartment is very quiet but it felt safe. Pool is also nice.

I did not drive on this trip but the area only seems to give street parking only or open : meter lots ! Idk BUT the host was accessible during booking but very delayed during staying . The room was everything to name. No complaints, other than bedroom tv constantly loses Wi-Fi connection . The picture also shown ( main picture with green outside ) couldn’t find on site . Definitely would stay again for solo traveling . Good area , next to a lot of things ( Miami rd ) . I love to walk and this was perfect for walking and site seeing .

The location was perfect and the space was very clean. It was also nice having a full kitchen, rooftop pool, and balcony, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there were a few things that were an issue for staying about a whole week: The WiFi was unsecured and unreliable, none of the TVs worked, and the bed was extremely soft while the pillows were very very firm. We also needed extra blankets for the pull-out couch (for a third guest), which weren’t provided. I’d also recommend adding darker shades in the main room since it gets very bright for anyone sleeping on the couch. Overall, great location and clean space, but a few fixes would really improve the stay.

Palazzina in un bel quartiere in espansione con un'anima funk. Prenotato un appartamento da 3 persone, 1 camera da letto con letto queen e divano letto in soggiorno/cucina, peccato che per aprire il divano letto ci fosse da spostare praticamente tutto. Tavolo da pranzo con solo 2 sedie perciò ne mancava almeno una visto che abbiamo prenotato per 3 e mancavano anche le lenzuola per il divano letto. Sedia e lenzuola ci sono state portate il giorno dopo. Piscina sul tetto carina e con dei lettini disponibili perfetta per fare un tuffo al rientro dalla giornata. Parcheggio a pagamento vicino o gratis a 7-10 min a piedi, eravamo stati avvisati perciò tutto ok.

Truly I’m going to say this is a great budget stay. The area cannot be beat if Wynwood is your destination. Very cool, great nightlife. It’s lovely and directly outside your door. The stay was quiet, safe, and ultimately felt like a little apartment for our 5 day stay. There are definitely a few areas that need a little help. I believe this place is brand new so there may be a few quirks to work out. There need to be curtains in the bedrooms. The hallway lights do turn off at a certain hour but having the ability to have your own curtains would be superb. The bedding is also very inexpensive bedding. I think a better set of sheets and comforter would go a long way vs the cotton/ poly fill bedding. In the end, we would definitely stay again and refer friends.

I was misled by the description as it said the room has a window. The window was to the hallway. It wasn’t a window to outside where I can see sunlight. Also, the unit smelled really like someone had a cat that urinated in the unit. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was raced sporadic. I had to go three several occasions to a nearby coffee shop in order to connect to Wi-Fi and attend my three Zoom meeting. It was not a pleasant day. This is my second time staying in this location. The first time was phenomenal. Well I stay there again? Not under the condition conditions aforementioned.
