Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem.
From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly.
I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored. I eventually had to contact Expedia, who reached out to the property on my behalf. I requested a refund for the first night, but was told a technician would come the next day. I ended up getting only about 3 hours of sleep that first night because I kept waking up from the heat.
For the rest of my stay, I had to sleep on the couch in the living room because it was the only area cool enough to sleep comfortably. It was frustrating to have my concerns dismissed and the issue blamed on me when the living room was clearly cooling properly while the bedroom was not.
Overall, the AC issue and poor communication significantly affected my stay. I would not stay here again.
