Niagra falls getaway.

I could not get room cleaned. Everyday I had to ask for towels. Didn’t get anything else. Ran out of toilet paper on last day. Toilet would not always flush. Good location. Breakfast basic. Pool too small for amount of people and kids in pool.

Unfortunately, Overall the hotel was mediocre at best. Breakfast was terrible. No room service at all. You could hear every conversation entirely through the walls and could not get a good nights rest. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom smelled of urine and beds were not comfortable at all. Would not spend another night at this specific hotel again.

Great location and average hotel as described

The property room and facilities were as described. Checking in and out were simple. The hotel was comfortable and features like the heating and plumbing worked well. Staff were generally average but a special mention of Tanica for dealing with an issue with the elevator in a reassuring and confident manner. The location is great and it is within walking distance of the falls as well as the balloon ride. And very close to the rainbow bridge for crossing over as well.

you get what you pay for

TV didn't work. the shower was a little dirty. (Mold on the tile ), thermostat was broken. and the window unit thermostat also didn't work right. put it at 71 and the heat keep running till way too hot in the room. door to room was very loose seemed to be about ready to fall apart. breakfast was marginal. didn't have any pastries no yogurt rooms were not sound insulated. you can hear the people next door almost as if they were in your room but is close to the falls room number was 338

Great location to the falls and casino. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room. Staff was very helpful with our issues. However, this is an aged hotel and it shows, and very loud. All halls have laminate floors and rooms have laminate floors as apposed to carpet. The carpet at one time was the sound dampener.

Good weekend stay

The breakfast was very good and good variety with hot foods and cereal and toast. No pastries or waffles...but good for what we needed. The rooms were nice but beds not very comfortable and need air conditioner on all day to keep it comfortable. Used the pull out cot and ended up sleeping 9n mattress 9n floor...the frame was horrible!!!Never used the pool because there a lot of kids all weekend. The location was great to casino and Falls and the service was above average.

The hotel is in a great spot and is a nice hotel just needs to be cleaned and a little better up keep. The bathrooms were dirty, there was exposed wires from the furnace. The people above us were running around until 10:30 at night and it was very loud, after traveling all day we just wanted to sleep. We ended up cancelling the 2nd night and had no problem getting a refund. The staff was very nice and helpful. This place would be great with a little cleaning and maintenance.

Dont do it

The room was a mess when we checked in. Wires hanging from tv and not working. Looked like paint and plaster over the furniture. Walls we not fully done. Dresser drawer wouldnt stay shut...always opened. Door to room wouldnt shut unless pulled shut. Bathroom door would only open half way. Would hit floor and get stuck. Shower head zip tied in place . Not hand soap to wash hand. When we called front desk, instead of moving us to a new room they sent house keeping and a maintenance guy. They swapped out some furniture and fixed tv. Housekeeping told us room has been a mess for about a month. We stay here every year and book 4 to 5 rooms. There are at least 5 hotels on same street. Will be staying in one of those next time. I have pictures but for somereason i cant add them to review.
