Staff upon arrival were super polite and very efficient. We had a very spacious room with the most comfortable bed I've slept in! And it was HUGE!! The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more for our stay! The view, not great but we weren't in the room for that or in there long enough! We absolutely loved the home. It was literally centrally located to many restaurants, shops, etc.. Super convenient! You can walk to everything. We loved our multiple balconies that gave us amazing views of the vibrant location and people walking. The staff was super nice, the home was spacious and clean. The restroom was extra large. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend it. We are a total of three and the price was really good for everything the home had to offer. The bedroom had a king bed and the living room had a queen sofa bed that was very comfortable.

So close to all the main areas, central everything you need. The apartments was a really big size for us as a family 5. Was all very clean, coffee machine & pods in the kitchen, plenty of plug sockets. Beds very comfortable, bargain of a price for location. Great location with TONS of shops right outside the front door! Staff was excellent for check-in and a couple of issues during our stay. Hot water for showers was VERY limited in the mornings...guessing the heater is shared amongst multiple units or the entire building. Had 2 false fire alarms during our stay which woke us up one morning and kept us from falling asleep the second time. Oddly we had to call the office to confirm they were false (would think someone would have come onsite to advise travelers that it was a false alarm vs. a number of us standing in the hallway trying to determine whether it was real or not).

The room was larger than expected and the fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice addition. The room was mostly very clean but there were some obvious spots missed, like a big splatter of something on the top of the cabinet door above the fridge. The room was just a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in such a busy part of the city. We loved the proximity in town to everything, we loved that to room had everything we needed including enough space for two people to rest with a cold. We loved the old building and modern amenities. We loved this hotel and will be going back to stay again.
