Great place to stay
We loved that we could walk across the street to Walgreens and stock up on essentials. There is a fridge and microwave in the type of room we booked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had high ceilings and ours was especially quiet. Plenty of towels and some plates and bowls were provided along with sets of utensils. No dishes to do because they were all throwaway in f needed. The food selection downstairs was good. The pool was nice after a long day at the parks and the bus service to Universal was perfect. We were able to go to Citywalk and just have dinner if we wanted. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Whelp, I didnt sleep the entire time we were there. This was a mecca for every school fieldtrip in Orlando it seems. Were were a family of 4, given 4 total pillows and apparently there were 0 additional pillows on the property. The walls are so thin you can hear peoples phone convo’s at 5am. The restaurant is a zoo at “feeding time” with staff wandering around and nit taking orders or delivering orders that are ready.

Stay was great overall. We were on the top 9th floor. Our water took forever to get hot the 1st time but did fine after that. Pur toilet flusher was broken but someone came to fix it within 5 minutes. Walls are thin so we Could hear people in the rooms on each side of us but nothing terrible. Was clean and service was top notch! Only ate at the cafe in the restaurant twice. Dinner was great, breakfast was meh...but everyone has different tastes so Im sure a lot loved it. Loved the convenience of the shuttle to the parks. Never waited more than 5 minutes for one. We'd definitely stay again!

Good Accommodations and Friendly Staff
Value hotel for Universal. Smaller amenities compared to other Universal hotels but adequate for size of hotel. Nice pool area and fitness center. Shuttles to parks came regularly and no problem getting on them. Very nice staff! Had to wait for room about an hour after check-in time but they were sold out. Beds are a little soft but plenty of room in the suite. Food area got crowded but they handled it well. I would stay again but avoid during major holidays.

Good to stay here for the extra 1 hr early entry into the universal islands of adventure park. Some of the towels in our room were dirty. The beds are a big hard. The pool is very nice.
