Our room was clean. Staff was mediocre. Breakfast was poor, little selection and we always had to ask for items to be refilled. Outdoor pool was closed. They used to have and indoor pool and workout room that were both closed and torn up. Listing online says pool is open March 1 and it was not. Very disappointing for our family.

This hotel we did not expect to be in an unsafe part of town. No maintenance kept yp with repairs to the building. Out dated 1970's bedroom lamps. Not sufficient lighting in the bedrooms. Dirty marks in ceiling above bed. Basin in bathroom had no plug. Water barely came out of faucet. No complimentary water bottles in the room upon arrival. I was told at 11pm, I was not allowed to sit in the Lobby as the Lobby was closed. How ridiculous is that! Pitbulls, bulldogs and other dogs were staying in the hotel and apparently called service dogs. Where does one draw the line? Pet owners dont even pick up their own dog's poo, but leave it for the hotel staff to pick up on the grass outside. Gee. Never again!!!
