When we arrived, the lounge/restaurant that was attached to the hotel was having an event that caused the entire parking lot to be packed and have guests, not staying at the hotel drunk and wandering the parking lot and through the lobby.
The lobby seems to be one of the very few "renovated" areas that is pictured on the site. The second floor, where we were placed was trashed.
When we got to our room there was vomit on the floor in front of our door. I called the front desk, in which the woman scoffed at me and responded with "I guess I can send someone to clean it up."
There were other guests hanging out, outside of our room until 1am.
The next morning we came out to towels being thrown over the vomit. When I went to the front desk, I again explained what had happened and requested that we be moved to one of the renovated rooms that was pictured on their site when reserving the room. The woman told us, they couldn't do that and it was an extra charge..
They refused to "upgrade" us to a renovated room $3 difference a night from what I see, the refused to move us to a different room at all and the absolute best they could do was refund us so we didn't have to stay there for a second night!
Oh and all this was handled through TEXTING her manager!!! While some other guest stood there and hit on in me in line in the lobby!!!!!!
FYI the vomit was still on the floor at 11:30a while house keeping walked over it!
