Hotel from a view is overall nice. A couple little things threw me off , the tvs dont work. We had two tvs in our room and only one remote. Tv in bedroom was left on all night and buttins dont work on side of tv. We waited over an hour to check in due to the room not being cleaned yet. And they didnt allow us to push our check out time back an hour as well be cause we didnt use their site to check in. And the waterslide was permanently shut down in the pool room. Huge pool though. There were so many people here as well, especially at the pool.

The hot tub was one of the reason we booked this hotel but it was still broken seems like the hot tub is always broke at this location. We couldn't enjoy the pool either as it was way to cold and the it was a huge bummer that the water slide is still broken as well. Hopefully one day they get the pool area back up and running at full capacity.

Surpringly cheapest vacation
We were expecting to pay for a low class 2 star at best event. Found this 3 star for 1 star price. We were spending our double date. Me and my fiance invited her daughter and son in law to join us for a movie and dinner in grand rapids. Which is out of town. Drinking was mentioned so we decided to get a cheap hotel just in case. We on a bugit and was splurging as it was. But however we ended with a way better then expected. We have no complaints at all for the price we paid. I checked many other apps and even the websites and this was the cheapest by far. We paid 75$ for a 125$ room. A 5 star rating was a simple and anonymous.

Second stay at this location. Pool slide still not working and hot tub closed. Desk chair pealing. Front desk workers were average. Could be a little more welcoming. The server at the bar/restaurant was awesome. She was running a lot working hard. The kitchen ran out of a lot of food on Valentines day weekend. Should have been more prepared. But she handled it with grace and was very kind about it all. Sadly the next 2 days the bar/kitchen was closed.

amazing shower
No breakfast! It was disclosed in the fine print that the hot tub was closed the week prior to our stay but it remained closed upon our arrival. The pool was cold. The pool area was great, spacious with plenty of big tables and chairs! There was no hot water but it didn't affect us, by the time we needed it in the morning it was fixed! The rooms were small but clean, the shower was AMAZING!!!
