The checkin wait was over an hour long at 11pm. Staff not the friendliest. I drive a 3500hd pickup truck that’s lifted, staff had no knowledge to be able to direct me to safe parking for my truck. I am a 4’10 female for reference. Staff continually stood around conversing while there were long line at night and in the morning. Included is a picture of them standing around.

Perfect for Universal Studios!
A reliable, and regular bus to Universal Studios. Disney is a 15-20 dollar Uber. Beautiful, fresh 'family' room, which so comfortably afforded two bedrooms, for myself and a friend. Always welcoming, and hospitable voices at the end of the phone line. Ample coffee in the room, and a fridge, so one can store milk or whatever. A picnic style dining table, allowed us to to have a pre-American breakfast, bowl of cereal. All- round perfection for visiting Universal, and travelling to Disney. I was really pleased with everything, and will happily recommend 'Dockside' to others who ask. Terrific in all ways!

Our stay was excellent. Great size room for family with 2 teen boys. Loved that I could text housekeeping requests and would receive a response immediately. Location was perfect, so much was in walking distance and on the Trolley route. Would stay here again.
