The hotel was okay not to bad but towards the end of the stay I was charged twice and for over $200 and I only stayed one night and when I called to ask for my receipt and why I was charged twice the excuse was that their system was down and they couldn’t tell me.

Great stay and close to parks!
Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and we really love that there was no carpet. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Only negative was the highway noise from I4 right outside our window was very very loud. We were in the Tower on the 6th floor. Other than that happy with the stay. Glad it was so easy to get to Universal also. Staff on checkin and check out were super friendly and nice. Always a plus!

Good idea to fix heaters or close in winter.
First room the heater/air-con unit did not work so it was terribly cold in the room. Woke up at 11:30pm to notify front desk no one answered had to get dressed walk outside in the cold. Since none of the room are located in main building. Staff was great, took some time but had me set up in new room. Almost same problem but not as bad. Heater at 90 only pushed out semi warm air. Added blankets for two night stay.

Forever to check in and multiple different stories on check in..meaning i cojld have had a soft check in.. but 1st agent refused..wheich lead to me standing in ljne AGAIN..only to be told that inshould have done a soft check in..smh...also stayed im tower.. tub didnt work..had to call.amd WAIT on maintenance..NO ICE on ANY floors all broken and was told.i could drive kver to liby and get some at thw restaurant...um...really..and wehn i did need assistance no kne answering at front desk..had to.call the call.center..to get.any info..mrequested manager..was.told.none on duty..requested a.callbavk.from one...never recieved..will never re book and i have stayed here every year... stay away..used to be a decent hotel..not sure what happened
