Feeling Disappointed
I have been staying at this hotel since 2013 and this was probably my worst experience. The room was more expensive than usual so I at least expected the same quality. My room was given to someone else (even though I tried to check in early and called to confirm that the room would be available for my late check in and was assured that it would be). We were given a room in the cheaper part of the hotel (not the tower) with 2 queens instead of the king that I paid for and were given no refunds. The TV remote didn't work, the towels were like sandpaper, and there were paint drops everywhere in the room (everything was just painted over instead of being refurbished and the painters left a mess behind). It was just a messy stay altogether. I will stay again simply because I know that it isn't usually like this but it was definitely a disappointing experience.
