Nice budget hotel
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Area was nice and clean. Bathtub could use a new coat of porcelain. The light above the bathroom mirror had 2 different kinds of light bulbs, making the lighting strange. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels! There is graffiti on the shed by the pool.

Room what's good? The room was very clean. The outsides we're nice and clean, also. the only problem was the A. C. Air conditioning fan was broken. cause it made noises as soon as you started up. i told management they came and checked it when we got to the room late at night. The problem still persisted. every time the unit went on the noise of the fan will go off.

Nice stay
The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The free breakfast that is offered was hot and delicious. I went there just about every morning we were there. My only complaint is that they do not offer housekeeping every day. With teenagers, I needed housekeeping every day not every other day. Other than this, my stay was very pleasant. I will keep this place in mind when I return to Orlando.

We had to find a budget friendly room for one night before staying at a Disney resort. This hotel offered free breakfast and free on-site parking. Check-in was easy and the beds were actually very comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms either. Breakfast was ok for the price (cereal, muffins, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, etc…).

Initial room was dirty.Meaning dusty,smell bad, bed cover spotted, carpet was dirty and sticky. After complaining, another room was provided. The second room was cleaner but still smelly. AC unit was noisy and controls were not working properly. Carpet was dirty and “sticky”

Would not stay here again
Not impressed at all. Lobby had an awful smell. So bad I refused to even go back to try the breakfast. The rooms are dated, with an over whekming smell of air freshener like something was trying to be covered up. Spider webs in corners of room made it appear to have been hald cleaned or cleaned in a hurry. Concerned me enough that o went and purchased Lysol wipes, spray and sheets to cover the hotel sheets. The even number side of the hotel is very dark which made me uneasy since I was traveling alone. Door did not close without being forced closed
