Bedbugs
Wouldn't recommend it, I'm afraid. Although the room seemed lovely and clean, we woke up to find bedbugs in the bed on our second night.The night manager was brilliant and moved us to another room at 3am. But, aside from her, the service was poor. The general manager didn't communicate with me at all, though she was in the room the next morning as I talked to staff about the problem and our options for the rest of our stay. Twice, i was told I'd be refunded for the stay but the refund didn't appear. The refund only came through after hotels.com got involved. A shame because the rooms were comfortable and seemed clean.

We stayed here with plans to do the regular tourist things in Central London and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the tube station. Some great places to eat, also within walking distance. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff all friendly and helpful.

Great location for our visit to Abba Voyage. Great value and all staff were lovely. Cleaning staff were delightful and we really appreciated the bar lady putting on some Abba tracks for us when we got back from the concert for a nightcap! Many thanks.

Great accommodation - family room suited us perfectly - easy check in and no fuss stay. Also close by to plenty of amenities and Underground. If you’re taking a car be sure to book parking before you arrive as parking close by is limited - and if you’re on the top floor like we were - then expect a good work out on the stairs! 😎

Great casual hotel over a bar with renovated bathrooms and clean rooms. Check-in was at the bar of the restaurant, all the staff were very friendly. You have to tube into/out of the city, but for the price you can't beat it.

Location was ideal for event near Stratford. 3 to 4 mins easy stroll from Leytonstone Underground station. Room was nice, with bunk bed for my son and a good coffee machine and mini fridge. Nice distant views of London cityline from Velux window! Pub downstairs also very nice.

We stayed in the family room which was perfect for the 4 of us. We had no car and came to tour London so we depended on public transport, which is very convenient to the hotel. We went to Greenwich each day and took the commuter fairy into and out of London. Hotel manager guided us with that tip and we were so grateful. Affordable, super clean and well appointed.
