Not happy but nice hotel
I made reservation through hotel.com and did not know of deposit another a fee extra on top of paying for my two day stay which I did ahead in full. Vents in the room for heat dusty but grateful for hot hot water there was no ice machine on my floor #3 There was info on the city close places around the hotel and a map in my room. I wasn't given anything at front desk but room key I went to a n event by a vendor in the hotel who provided a ride for drop off but I was stranded there four hours and the hotel kept me on hold when I tried to call to get help the vendor did not provide a contact and a way back to the hotel! Who ever I was transferred to kept hanging up and never spoke to me. I informed the manager about it

Pretty good stay. Location is awesome compared to all the things around. Building has 2 sections: a weird motel part with party stuff and a conference center, and another tower building. The tower was a nice place to stay. Sort of hard to get in and out of the hotel, but I figured it out.

Location, Location, Location
My stay went really well. If you are coming to experience the parks for a week or so, this is a great budget property. There is no closer property without paying Disney an ungodly amount! The staff I encountered at reception were friendly and helpful. The Gateway Cafe/Diner was great, and the service there is amazing. The main restaurant, The Smoke House Grill, was the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life! You're better off walking to RaceTrac across the street and getting a breakfast sandwich.

Perfectly adequate.
This place was perfectly adequate. We needed a place to lay our heads at night after a park day and it was fine for that. Close to the parks, so driving and parking was easy. You do get what you pay for, so no frills in the rooms and they were a bit dated and run down.
