Hotellet burde endvidere få styr på en bundlinje for beklædning i restauranten, for vi måtte spise morgenmad side om side med en mand i cykeltøj, som svedte så meget efter sin træning, at han sad og dryppede med sved på gulvet - og rundt i restauranten, mens han tog for sig i buffeten. Det var helt acceptabelt for os - men personale havde ingen indvendinger.

Produktet er bra og de kaprer følelsen av at man virkelig er i København. Men det som trekker ned er den miljøvennlige dusjen som bråket også når den ikke var i bruk (på natten etc) men verst av alt var layouten for badet. Kult men ikke praktisk når man deler rom. Frostete glass / metall dører som til dusj og toalett og ellers var badet åpent inn til selve hotell rommet. Derfor vil jeg anbefale hotellet om du ikke er veldig komfortabel med å bruke toalett mens andre kan se/ høre.

Morgenmaden var god men... Vi fik ikke gjort værelset rent før til efter aftensmad. Bruseren virkede ad h* til og der var et specielt system på vandhanen som larmede som ind i h*.. Måtte selv koble det fra for at få ro. Super smart! Personalet var da flinke men ikke til megen hjælp. Vi var på familieweekend med 2 små børn og kunne ikke bruge værelset hele lørdag... Mega smart. Vi er ikke imponeret og kommer nok ikke igen. Så ja det var OK men ikke godt.

Vi har varit på det här hotellet förut och allt är fantastiskt. Omgivningarna, rummen, läget, maten osv. Tyvärr är personalen lite nonchalant, vilket drar ner intrycket lite. Lite tråkigt när de är korta i tonen mot oss svenskar och senare hör man samma person i receptionen prata med danskar och är supertrevlig. Tråkigt när tanken med hotell är att livnära sig på turister från olika länder. I restaurangen fanns det dock trevligare personer som vi stötte på.

Jeg er normalt vild med Guldsmeden. Jeg elsker den afslappede stil, indretning af værelserne, gårdhaven med pool etc. Desværre blev vi anvist et værelse, hvor der havde været “fest” natten forinden. Der lugtede af cigaretrøg og alkohol, på trods af at der var blevet gjort ekstra rent. Morgenmaden er rigtig god:-), men der var kaos ved indgangen til restauranten, da vi ventede på at få et bord, og vi ventede for længe, det er lidt udfordrendende, når der er børn med.
