Everything in the hotel was super clean, the lobby, the room, the dining area. Continental breakfast was standard Holiday Inn spread with just enough to choose from. The staff were SO nice. In the couple of days we were there we interacted with four or five staff members and they were all fabulous. Location was great, shopping on Magnificent Mile and eating nearby (took the L train to get there). Can’t say enough, it was great.

I thought it was great for the price. I like thayt the breakfast was included and check in and out was easy. Staffs are very nice. We asked to keep our bags for a few hours when we checked out and they happily did. The room is a little small but in a big city it’s normal. Highly recommend

Promote her immediately and increase her pay, please! :) The breakfast was fine and there was an acceptable amount of choices.
