The staff at the front desk was very friendly allowing us to check in early which made the rest of our day easier. There are good restaurants across the street and public transportation was available a short walk away. The welcome bag included a bottle of wine, water and snacks.

The heat in the in the room didn’t work, the keys would never work and required multiple multi floor trips to the front desk to get another key.
They advertise a gym, however they do not have a partnership with a gym at all.
You had to request maid service every day, however even when requesting it, they managed to ge it done 1 of 3 days.
They gave me a bottle of wine when I checked in, that was a nice touch.

The location is great for a quick Waymo or Lyft anywhere in the city. The staff was so nice!! The rooms are clean and have everything you'd need for a stay in the city. I'd stay here again for sure.
