Was close to the dive shop, where Iā€™d be spending the majority of my trip, so that was nice and convenient. Thereā€™s also a grocery store not too far down the road and restaurant options as well. Though they are very walkable to get to, itā€™s also very hot outside. Parking on property. Owner was very pleasant. Only complaint for me is that the room didnā€™t have a window to view outside (one was in the washroom and all you seen was rooftops, not even nice trees, the other window pointed into a hallway), also, no tv. Regardless, I had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A safe and comfortable space to rest before facing the next day.
