It's good location near to many restaurants and you can walk for 10 minutes to aksaray tramvay stations and laleli masjed and aksaray metro station The bad thin is bathroom need more Maintenances and light not work in bathroom and coredor

Reception booked us transport and took us to the wrong airport which nearly made us late for our flight and not once did the cleaner clean our rooms. Very unhappy with the service.

Excellent location, easy access to many sites. The hagai Sofia, blue mosque, Grand Bazzar are about 30 mins walk. That was the only good thing. However the bathroom smelt like a sewer which made a person want tp throw. I asked the for something tp be done about it and nothing was done. In the end i bought a bootle of bleech and poured it down the toilet and in the bathroom. This took care of the smell. The bedsheets were also dirty, the blinds did not block out the light and the street light shone directly into the room and the street noise made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bize verilen odanın Hotels.com'da belirtilen oda ile alakası yoktu. Geç saatte başka otel arama imkanı olmadığı için kalmak zorunda kaldık. Oda özellikleri arasında sayılan pek çok şey yoktu: Televizyon yoktu, var denilen elektrikli su ısıtıcısı, minibar vs.yoktu. Odada bir sandalye dahi yoktu. Havlu noksandı, banyoda sabun yoktu.

Ik had 3 kamers gereserveerd, maar kreeg 1 familiekamer met 3 bedden. De lakens waren niet schoon. De badkamer zat vol schimmel, boven de deur in de badkamer ontbraken tegels en het gat was opgevuld met putschuim. De douchekop spoot water aan beide kanten ( dus ook waar de slang aan vast zat). De ligging van het hotel was uitstekend en het personeel vriendelijk, maar de kamer zelf was beneden peil.

Bonjour on n'a pas fait le ménage dans ma chambre pendant 4 jours et on m'a débité deux fois deux nuits le gérant m'a dit que l'application hôtel ne validé pas le paiement donc j'ai payé 4 nuits en cash plus deux nuits sur l'application donc impossible d'écrire a hôtel. Com pour se faire rembourser fuyez cette hôtel et cette application. Hôtel istanbul
