The hotel is immaculately clean and the room was the perfect size. The pool is huge and beautiful, but I wish the shallow end was larger. Everyone was trying to enjoy the shallow end which made that area a bit crowded. Overall it was a great stay. The staff were all very friendly.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was very pet friendly. Amazing location—just a block from the river and near all the major attractions. You can walk to Millennium park in 15 min. Museums are an easy taxi ride 5 min.
