Literally stinks
There was a horrible chemical odor in the room that gave me and my travel companion terrible headaches. Room was tired and low end, and the fire alarm kept going off in the night with false alarms. Very uncomfortable stay—won’t be back.

This hotel was beautiful! The service at the front desk was not good at all. Starting with the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before it showed up. The person at the front desk did not have a good attitude.

Average over priced airport hotel
Arrived to check in at 5.30pm and was told room was not ready. Went for a bite to eat and came back 45 minutes later and there was still a problem in finding a room. Front desk staff were rushed off their feet in dealing with customers. The room we had was ok. Quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work, after two requests to fix it someone did come to the room and fixed it, but it stopped working again in the morning. Buffet breakfast was ok. Some of the ‘hot’ food was just luke warm. Overall my opinion is that it is over priced for the stay, and didn’t offer good value for money
