Ideal place for those on the go
Clean, close to everything . Lovely view. Couldn’t get the safe to work. Didn’t have time to resolve that issue, as I was always on the go. Did not see a recycling bin. Amenities very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our view was priceless and the glass balcony made it even better. The location is near everything so you can park and walk to the beach and shopping and dining.

Just love this place, I wish they had a pool, but hey the ocean is literally across the street. Not super fancy but it's a great spot.

Circle has changed their room types and is charging more. I always choose oceanfront. This time in order to get above the tree line with a real oceanfront view, I had to upgrade to “oceanfront deluxe.” And of course with a per night price increase. This should be made clear on their website. I was originally on floor 6 but had to pay more to get above the tree line. That is floor 7-12 I guess. Wasn’t happy about that.

Convenient location to everything. Shawn at the front desk was extremely helpful when we showed up a day early. The room isn’t huge but clean and big enough for the 2 of us.

2/10 Poor

I booked this property looking at the five star review. I was totally disappointed when I got there first of all they have no lobby. You literally get off from the Uber and you go upstairs and there’s a guy sitting in the window checking you in. I was totally taken back with the experience, once I got the room I went upstairs. I did not like the room. They were cluster phobic. There was balcony looking out the window towards the beach, which was the only the The way the hotel is all the rooms are around the elevators so there’s a lot of kids going upstairs and downstairs and makes so much noise and your door is literally so close to the elevator and there’s no way to avoid that super noisy super cluster phobic. I went in check out the same day and went to Hilton hotel this is not for you if you are looking to have nice piece of vacation this is only for those with kids going to the beach 24 seven don’t care about the quietness or, the serenity around the hotel will never stay here. Horrible experience.

The fabulous location really made this stay one of the best we’ve had. The staff is so welcoming and happy to help any time you need them. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we had a spectacular ocean view.

We found bugs in our Hotel Room male staff was rude for the most part however the lady was very nice parking was “convenient” if an extra $45 a night is in the budget. “ Amenity” fee was also an extra $25 a night per room just for being by the beach but nothing else. Won’t stay here again but hey it was cheap.

6/10 Good

This was my first time at this property, having seen it many times before I gave it a shot. I was staying alone for business. Pros: Great location, right across from the beach, a pretty good (and popular) restaurant on-site, great staff, decent pricing, parking on-site (although limited spaces), close to shopping and restaurants, great (beach) views from most rooms, lanai with each room. Cons: this is a tired hotel, outdated rooms, no privacy, other buildings always have a view in your room if the blinds are open, I had a room equipped for handicapped folks and one of the handrails in the shower broke, the shower head was held on by a piece of metal that didn't allow it to stay stationary, small TV, one of the elevators was down for a few days, parking is $45/nt. If you're looking for a decent value, no frills, place to stay then this is a good hotel, if you're looking for an experience then I'd recommend another hotel. It was fine but I don't think I'd stay at this property again.

6/10 Good

This property is very old. The lack of a pool needs to be highlighted in the description. The lack of a lobby is weird. Rooms are very small. It would be impossible to accommodate 4 people in a room with 2 double beds. Could not get the TV to work. Location is very good, however, and the people who work there are very nice. Expedia screwed up with the reservation and they were able to find it in their files.

It is a clean, tiny, no-frills room with a great view of the ocean across the street. Close to swimming, snorkeling, food and shopping. If you want to be in the center of action in Waikiki and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room, this could be an affordable option.
