Lovely Hotel
Staff were very lovely! Was able to keep our bags before check in. Foyer and restaurants etc looked stunning but rooms were a little dated looking in particular the bathrooms. Location was great.

Boiling
The air con didn't work for two nights, when we raised this on following our first night we had an Aircon machine placed in our room which did not have the required effect We also had no running cold water. Warm water to drink, clean teeth etc was not fun.

Wonderful Stay
Great location (30 euros by taxi from airport); easy, friendly check in; very clean, quiet, comfortable room. Complimentary water, chocolate, and coffee in room. Shower had instant hot water with rain shower head and large, thick bath towels. Beds were very comfortable.with nice pillows. Has everything I need and want for a comfortable stay.

Fabulous
We stayed in the king size room, and I can honestly say I had the best sleep of my life. The room was so beautiful and modern, touch screen features for all lighting and heating control and even to draw the curtains. This could also be done while lying in bed and using the features on the television. The bed and pillows had to be the comfiest thing I have ever laid my head on. Access to the lounge on the 7th floor with a view of Dublin City. Will absolutely be staying here again. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous and they managed to fit us in without a booking. I had carbonara and it was delicious and very reasonable with the price! The staff were beyond helpful, especially the staff on reception. Fabulous hotel and is absolutely worth every penny.

Spa was extremely dirty and not kept clean despite it being empty when we entered. I was told to book to spa via email and i received confirmation it was booked and then told at reception that you don’t book it. We wasn’t informed you had to pay with card for the spa when we had cash only due to being on a holiday. There was a lot of miscommunication and lack of cleanliness in facilities. The room itself was lovely but I believe there was a leak in the bathroom due to an orange line dripping down the wall.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We travel by train a lot and it is so convenient being across the road from connolly station. Our room was lovely with a great view of the city. Also there was a fridge which is a rarity in most hotels these days. Staff were so friendly throughout the hotel.

Lovely stay
We had the best nights sleep, the room was spacious and clean and our breakfast was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I was disappointed about was the additional cost to use the spa facilities which we would have loved to use if included in the cost of our stay.

2/10 Poor

Got a room close to the lift and it was terrible for noise.. all night long people coming and going shouting and being loud while waiting on lift… lift itself was terrible making noise every time the doors opened or closed due to a fault with it. Spoke to manager next morning explained the situation about being awake all night. I didn’t want anything from him when I began the complaint but he offered a free drink at the bar or 20%,off another stay, I could tell this was just to make me go away so I rejected the offer and left.. did not seem at all concerned I didn’t sleep a wink all night..

Picked up a towel in the bathroom and a pair of used boxers fell out. Disgusting! Clearly don't change the towels after every guest. Ignored my complaint email and brushed it off when I complained at check out.
