Staff were wonderful, very accommodating despite our early arrival, holding our bags until after our event ended, and it was time to check in. Room was very nice—spacious and clean. The entire hotel is just beautiful.
Props to valet—it was so cold, and he was doing a stellar job.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They greeted/smiled when we walk in and out of the hotel, such a warm welcoming atmosphere, excellent hospitality. Room is spacious, good layout. The location of the hotel is easy to walk around, close to Millennium park, river walk, etc. Multiple parking garages near by. Surrounding by many stores and restaurants.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The vent up near the ceiling in my room needed to be cleaned. The shower was fantastic. Could have used instructions on how to use the coffee maker lol. The location was amazing! We hung out down in the lobby area and the staff were super nice. We had some shareables to eat and everything was good. We did not eat breakfast. I would recommend and stay here again.
