Gorgeous lake views in a modern Marriott property
Stayed mostly downtown on previous business trips, but the Courtyard will be my go to hotel moving forward. Modern lobby with a Starbucks café and a mini-supermarket for essentials and snacks, very comfy and spacious room with wonderful lake views….waking up to the sunrise over South Lake Union cures even the worst jetlag! Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable
We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The people were friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a view of Lake Union. The food in the Bistro was excellent.

Short stay in Seattle
We've stayed at this hotel about 8-9 years ago and the hotel and its staff are still very good. Room was spacious and clean, there was alway parking available in the basement parking lot, breakfast was prepared to order and tasty and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend revising the way guests queue up for counter assistance. Twice while I was in line a staff member came to the counter to help and instead of helping the next guest whoever was closest to the new staff member got served. While a mild inconvenience addressing this issue would be an improvement over existing procedures. Jacob and your new assistant manager whose name I didn't get are assets to your team and should be commended for their high level of service.
