Very clean. A great downtown location close to Union Station. Walkable area close to multiple restaurants and the CTA lines. We were concerned about highway and downtown traffic noise but the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet! We were just there for a night and didn’t eat the $18 dollar breakfast or swim in the pool. Hotel desk person was very nice. It’s an older hotel that has had thoughtful upgrades and it is comfortable.

The room was very nice. More spacious than expected. And was very Clean and comfortable. Pillows and bedding all Very nice. Key cards worked well. Enough space to not feel cramped. AC ran well and kept room comfortable throughout day and night. Check in was easy. Representatives were friendly. And helpful in holding our luggage so we can walk around this beautiful city. Definitely recommend this hotel. Free Coffee and free water in the lobby was a nice touch.
