Always beautiful
Beds, bathroom, everything was is and always is great. The Boardwalk is a walk or boat ride away. Love it. The only part was on our last morning, we were woken up at 7:30am by roof workers banging on roof doing repairs on both buildings. Our only day to sleep in before check out. The front desk didn’t even know but did say they were waiting for months for them to come do repairs and we happen to be on the top floor so it felt like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Not happy about that.

Everything at the hotel is done very well and very clean. The ability to hope on the boat trolley makes it very easy to go back and forth between the hotel and the parks, and the dolphin hotel is just a couple mins walk from the swan and the trolley, which gives you a multitude of options for food choices and merchandise stores

Great experience at a reasonable price
Really a wonderful location for Disney World. It has fanstic transportation to all parks and Ona cute little river within walking distance of the boardwalk. Definitely great for those who do not want to walk so much until they get in the parks. Water taxi is right outside, restaurants are right in the hotel, coffee shops open early, and access to rooms are super easy. Rooms were renovated and in good shape too. Considering this was one of Disney's resorts, pricing was really reasonable too.

Boardwalk Resort
The Swan puts you in the Disney bubble and provides early entry and transportation by boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The downfall is that transportation to Magic Kingdom is not to the front and requires the Monorail to get to the front entrance. Overall it’s a great location on the boardwalk.
