First time stay
We got to the hotel around almost 9pm. The lady behind the front desk was kinda rude to me like I didn’t have my boyfriend with me which the account was his and booked under his name but with my CC used. The king suite with fireplace and jacuzzi tub was great except for the bed and pillows surprisingly! Pillows were like throw pillows. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and so delicious!

We thought our room was well appointed, spacious. The location and view was great. Convenient to lots around hotel. Enjoyed the fireplace room off the lobby. We tried 3 rooms-all smelled of cigarette smoke. We gave up and stayed in the 3rd one. Hallways and rooms have very stale smelling carpet and quite worn also. Breakfast area and lobby bathroom also quite dirty. Breakfast was not very good. OJ was good. We always stay at Hampton Inns. This was not a good one.
