Our family really enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The first room we stayed in didn’t have working heat(it was 50 degrees outside this weekend) but they moved us in another room with no problems.

Everything was great, the room, the service, the location, all of it. In fact he only negative that stands out is the elevator system. They only have a couple elevators that go above the 13th floor so after checking in to get your room in the afternoon with everyone else, it literally took at least 10-15 minutes or longer to get an elevator for the 22nd floor. Every time we wanted to go up to the room or to the lobby the elevator wait was ridiculous. The second leg of our trip took us to a hotel in NY that had a much better system. You entered in the lobby where all elevators take you to the 11th floor to check in. Then a second set of elevators are used with your room key to take you directly to your floor. It was so much more efficient and saved a lot of time throughout the stay. A much need upgrade for the Sheraton

Deceptive descriptions

Buyer be ware. Deceptive description or just a plain lie, you decide. They list many rooms as having a “Balcony “ but they don’t. At best it’s a Juliet Balcony. It’s just a window that opens with bars on it. NOT a balcony. Just like a Toy Car isn’t a Car. Descriptions matter. Be careful as only the corner units have an actual balcony. Even if you pay the inflated price for a balcony you are probably only getting the window with bars.

Our stay at Sheraton had a lot more to be desired. They didn’t have enough amenities and staff to accommodate the influx of people. There was at least 20 minutes wait to get into elevators. We had a booked a view with falls view and were told we were getting “good” view but we barely had anything besides mist and trees. Also, we booked for 3 adults and 2 kids but we only got two queen beds. Would not recommend.

Alright stay

The room was a little dusty and wasn’t the cleanest. Also we asked for a fallsview and they gave us the second floor and we couldn’t barely see anything. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every day of our stay. The hotel is in a great location and was easy to get everywhere by foot.
