The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped

Don't stay here!
Absolutely a mess. To start my room was an hour late being ready. I wasn't notified by email or phone of it being late untill I arrived and was told to come back in a bit as it isn't ready yet. Had to rush to set up my daughter's 3 year old birthday party for 5. Then they closed the kid pool so she was unable to enjoy her time spent during her birthday party. The hot tub was also closed again after our arrival so I wasn't able to enjoy either. Spoke to front desk about the issues that arose during my stay and they were helpful to tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do without a manager on shift that won't be here till Monday for some compensation due to lost use of the pool. I only stayed here for her to have fun in that pool. Later on I wanted to have a shower and bath but AGAIN was UNABLE to because there was no hot water... After another visit to the front desk they again couldn't do anything unfortunately... Apparently there hot water system was overloaded due too them refilling the kiddy pool.... I will never be staying here again. I stayed here a few months past and within 2 hrs of my check in the pool n hot tub got closed for the night. 180$ for a waste of money experience. I appreciate the polite and respectful front desk as this isn't the fault of them but not having a manager on staff is horrible.

I will start off by stating I normally never write reviews and I am very familiar with hotels as our family owns a motel! We checked in, easy and normal experience and man at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Room however was not in good condition - the heat was stuck on in our room and was so uncomfortable you couldn't sleep. Towels and bed sheets smelt of cigarettes'. Walls were so paper thin that you could hear everything going on including the screaming matches that continued through out the night from other guests.( That isn't the hotels fault but did add to the less than desirable experience) Toilet did not flush properly. Would not recommend staying here until they take the time to clean rooms properly and ensure all amenities are working properly.

Good but too child friendly for my tastes
Good, just wish there were less children at the pool. Me and my lady friend are adults and it felt weird swimming in a pool of children while all the other adults were just supervising their kids. I know it's not your fault, i just though the pool would be more adult welcoming. Which I now realize was dumb because their was a water slide there.

Hotel did not have a reservation for us, even though I booked it about a week prior. They managed to find us a room but that made the check in a lot longer. The room had 2 sinks in the bathroom, one was completely clogged. The shower doors were off their hinges which made it difficult to take a shower & close the doors properly. A few different outlets didn’t work.

The heating control was inoperable in the room, and it was a pool side room so the window couldn’t open. The temp was like a sauna all night, complained to front desk and they gave us a box fan. All that did was recirculate the hot air around the room. The beds felt like they were older and needed to be swapped, they should probably get memory foam ones instead of coil spring ones.
