The stay was horrible! I did not get the room the I requested which was requested through hotels.com and I also requested through a chat option as well. The room was very unsanitary to me. I honestly did not want to sit in the toilet. The sink looked like they let a 2 year old install it. The TV had one channel. I was told at check in to jist call if I had any problems which was impossible because the phone beside the nonworking TV also did not work. I attempted to call the hotel from myself cellphone but it rang so long it just disconnected. I had actually tried to call this property the week before just to confirm the reservation and the needs for the type of room and over a week span was never able to make contact. I contacted Day Inn and they were not able to contact the actual property either but confirmed that a stand alone shower. Again this did not happen either. This hotel needs severe help and hotel.com needs to remove it as one of it options for traveling. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a Days Inn and it will also be the last !!! I’m done with Days Inn

Stay Away

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The place was quiet until about midnight, after that, it was like a frat party. The marijuana smoke in the hallways was so thick I had to put a towel under my door to keep it from coming into the room. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors telephone conversation, all night television, and bathroom breaks. The place is dated and dark. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate, however, you could tell they were used to the clientele of this establishment. STAY AWAY! Especially if you’re trying to get a decent nights rest.

Given key to a room that was occupied. New room was dusty and only had a heater in one room. The shower would either be very hot or very cold and the dial was different each day. Day 1 had to set the dial at 2 o’clock. Day 2 at 6 o’clock. Day 3 was 4 o’clock. Maid service was ONCE in 4 day stay and I had to ask for it.

When we arrived, we were given a room that was absolutely freezing and there was leftover food in the fridge. So we requested to switch, our second room smelt like smoke, an unbearable smell of cigarette smoke… so we requested to switch again. Third time was a charm as it was actually clean and warm.

Have stayed here many times. Always a good experience. I marked cleanliness bc although it was clean, there was a dirty towel on top of the shower head that was left and I also found a bug in the room but everything else was great. Will come again!

The hotel staff upon check in was fantastic. When we got back to the hotel after running around we saw the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. (Hair in the tub) tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. Decided to check at the desk and was informed “any complaints please email management” overall would not recommend.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times because the location is super convenient. But it's on its last leg. Lights flickering, broken toilets and showers, poor cleaning. Their breakfast used to be great now it's just toast, yogurt, bagels, and oatmeal. I'm amazed it stays open.

Hotel is no more than a homeless shelter, which they get Kudo's for, but is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom has mold in it, tub fixtures falling out of the wall. The bed was comfortable. Booked it because of good reviews and location to where I was visiting.

Never Again

It was horrible, gentleman at the desk was pleasant. The first room he put us in, the linen had stains on it, the telephone didn’t work and overall the room looked just dirty. This hotel has not been updated at all, people smoking in their rooms, dog barking. We did not stay overnight, after our event we checked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I actually think people are living there.

Bathroom shower was covered in mold and ceiling paint was cracked and falling off in multiple areas of the room. Got drywall dust in my luggage and on my clothes. Staff was friendly and helpful, the building just needs a lot more care and cleanliness.
