Good theme Suite
Was decent time, the shower was a bit dirty on the floor and the bath tub had jets but they didn’t look like they’d be cleaned properly either. But overall the room was nice, interesting.
The elevator in the hotel is very sketchy tho…makes a lot of odd noises and clunky
The buffet was decent as well, servers were very nice!

The poolside is not safe at all. It is very slippery and very accident prone-especially for little kids.
Ventilation is a concern because I believe the whole area is a bit hot and you can smell the chlorine all over the place. I know you’re supposed to smell that but I think it’s a bit too much to the point it hurts the eyes and not recommended for babies coz of too much chlorine all over the place. My 9 year old son’s eyes got swollen.

Spacious stay for our family
We stayed in a two bedroom suite, which worked really well for our family. It was very well kept, and when I requested a play pen it was brought very quickly.

Family staycation
Hotel room was great, we booked for a spring break staycation. They were basically fully booked and not prepared for it. They constantly ran out of towels, I called housekeeping and front office so many times and no one was answering. I also asked for more pillows/ blankets for pull out couch as it came with one pillow.. and they never sent them.

Perfect hotel and staff for our needs
Front staff were excellent. Kind, caring considerate. We were staying overnight for an early morning medical procedure for my husband. They allowed us a late check out so my husband could sleep for a bit after his procedure before we had to leave for home. Hotel was great. Pool area was fun for our grandkids who came along so our daughter could be our driver. The room wasn’t super big but comfortable and clean and big enough. We were very thankful for this hotel and its staff.
