The room I got was on the first floor and it was soooo substandard. The bathroom was old. it looked like an old bathroom rotted. the water runs out of the shower. It was very noisy. The photo of the room they showed online was completely different than what I actually got. I was supposed to stay there for 3 days. I ended up leaving after the first night. But the staff was nice!

Overall good
Overall, we paid for the location. The toilet clogged the 2nd time we used it, there cannot be any tissues in the bowl for it to flush. We called front desk for it to be fixed and we followed up hrs later since it wasnt completed and front desk never picked up our room phone. We went to the front desk in person the next day to have the service requested- it was fixed. Location and view was great. Daily room service on our stay was excellent though.Room service did a remarkable job cleaning and tidying the place which made a difference to us. The location is on the beach but not really close to any nightlife. It was easy to get on/off miami beach since the bridge was closeby. The streets flooded temporarily from a storm and the hotel underground parking was not effected. The price point for miami beach is infair though, your paying for the image but overall im happy with the hotel and stay.

Great Hotel for a great price!
I read all the previous reviews before my stay and disagreed with most of the negative ones. I had a very positive experience here The hotel is in a safe area, we always felt safe. Our suite was very large and very clean. The hotel staff was always helpful. The beach access is amazing and having 2 chairs and an umbrella plus beach towels is the best. And the boardwalk is right outside the hotel so you can bike or walk alll the way to South Beach. We will definitely be staying here again. Ignore the bad reviews. This is a great place to stay !

Girls trip.
Great place to stay for one night before our cruise. We loved being on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Pool was nice also. Carpet in the hallways is really outdated. Also had carpet in the rooms.

Good location and value
The Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The location is good and has easy access to free trolly service around the South Beach area. Only negatives were the technology issues. The WiFi was overloaded and often wasn't available until it was rebooted. TV service was glitchy and door keys sometimes had to be replaced. I would stay again, but some of tech issues were annoying.

Room for Improvement
This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time could of been a little bit better. The wifi didn't work the entire stay and they only had 2 wash towels for 3 people. The staff is very friendly and for the price point the hotel location is nice. It could of been a lot worse since we stayed during Spring Break.

So so
The breakfast is over priced! We paid $105 for 2 adults and 3 kids. It’s what they serve in other hotels for free! Needs to be updated! We got a suite with 2 full size beds and a couch that folds out into a bed. I picked it so the kids could be on the beach. I will spend the extra next time to be comfortable! We made the most out of what we had!

Not worth the stay
Our room was in clear need of repair. We had no hot water and when we asked to have our room moved we had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon and had to argue with maintenance that it was actually not working. While we were waiting for the new room our old room’s ac wasn’t working. The front desk manager proceeded to argue with me over that and apparently you have to have the thermostat set at 65 for it to cool below 75. The manager and maintenance were rude. I tried emailing the district manager a week ago and have yet to hear back. I won’t hold my breath.

J'ai réservé une suite exécutive 2 lits doubles avec salon et balcon pour les vacances familiales lors de la semaine de relâche (1-7 mars 2025). Après 26h de route, car j'ai fait la route Québec/Miami en voiture, je suis arrivé à l'hôtel pour me faire dire que ma chambre n'était plus disponible. Puisque les discutions se sont etirées dépassé minuit, même hôtel.com a pas été çapable de nous trouver une chambre ailleurs. On a fait une quinzaine d'hôtels sans aucune disponibilité. On a dû dormir dans l'auto et à miami c'est compliqué trouver un endroit paisible et sécuritaire où dormir dans l'auto. Un vrai couchemar. La réceptionniste nous a mis dehors du lobby sans essayer de nous accommoder. Vraiment une place à éviter.
