Front desk staff needs “friendly” classes.
Everything was great (fantastic location, clean, convenient etc. ) The ONLY negative is the front desk staff. They are not friendly. They are not welcoming. Not a good start for your stay. Even when I checked out, the gentleman did say hello (shocking) but never asked “how was your stay?” It won’t keep me from staying there again but they need to do better.

Front desk staff not very friendly. Not enough seating at pool and gas smell was continual and much too strong smelling. When inquiring about it at the front desk, was told the smell was from the pool filter. The smell was so unpleasant, that I could not really stay.

1. Pretty hotel 2. No bell hops 3. Seemed to be short staffed in front desk services. 4. Couldn't call in food order, no phone in restaurant. Had to physically go down place an order and wait. 5.
