I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. My room was a great size, very clean, and comfortable. One of the things we really appreciated were the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the coffee station on the 2nd floor and the water stations where you could refill your water bottle (they even provided bottles to use).
The structure of the hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, which added so much character to the stay. It felt unique and welcoming at the same time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The club quarters is very nice and wonderfully located. The concierge staff was so accommodating and helpful and I loved the views from my hotel room on the 33rd floor. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is that it is an old building so you can see the wear and tear, the water wasn’t as hot for shower and the heat machine was so loud when it kicked on. Other than that I will absolutely be staying here again because I did enjoy my overall stay.
