The hotel is one of the oldest in Chicago and has beautiful marble walls. The location was great, right on the Chicago River and surrounded by great restaurants. We didn’t care for the self check in at their PC’s in the lobby, but that was a small negative. One elevator was down for a few days that caused some congestion in this 30+ story hotel, but not a horrible inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Great staff. There was only 1 elevator working at the time which caused alot of waiting or taking the stairs. Other than the elevator issue the place was perfect. Highly recommend and will book again. They even held our luggage for us, for free, after we checked out so we could see the city until our buss home. They also gave us a late check out for free. Excellent experience.

We travel to Chicago several times per year but this is the first time we stayed at Club quarters. It was a crazy busy weekend with Lolla but the staff were super helpful and very patient. They made sure we were offered bathroom facilities to change clothes since our room was not quite ready at our early arrival. Leo was very helpful at check in. Will stay again. Location is perfect. Everything we needed was an easy walk.

The room with kitchen is a little tired, so to the bathroom in our room and I would have liked an in room safe to keep passports etc (there was a safety deposit box system downstairs) BUT......... Good room size for a city hotel, very clean and super friendly and helpful staff on the front desk and cleaning. Great location in the centre of Chicago to easily get around, or just pop out for an hour or two to do some site seeing or just grab a bite to eat from the many options nearby. The nearby river across teh road gives you immediate access to the riverbank walks and various tour companies serving the river tours. We enjoyed our stay here.
